Shipping Policy

MINIMUM ORDER

There is no minimum purchase amount on each order.

SERVICE AREA

Currently we only provide shipment to the following destinations:

• United Kingdom mainland (except Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Scottish Highlands and Islands, Scilly Isles)  

SHIPPING COST

United Kingdom mainland (except Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man,  Scottish Highlands and Islands, Scilly Isles)

FREE shipping for any purchases of £180 or above. Otherwise, the shipping cost is £10 per order. 

SHIPMENT LEAD-TIME

Once the order is confirmed, a shipment tracking number will be sent within 1 working day except for specific seasonal peak period which may require few more days. 
Normally the shipment lead-time is around 1-3 working days for all products *available in stock . Actual shipment lead-time is depended on the shipment courier and without a guarantee on the number of days required.
